I realized that now was the time to launch my dream -- that I had built up the experience, the lessons, the learnings, and the insights to share with others on how to lead effectively and build their teams to success. It was a pivotal moment in my career, a moment that would change the trajectory of my professional life forever.

This momentous decision occurred several years ago, amidst a period of uncertainty and change. The winds of strategic change were blowing, and with it, the looming possibility of an organizational restructure. As a seasoned executive and C-Suite leader, I had weathered many storms and navigated through numerous challenges, but this time, the decision-making power was in the hands of a different team. For the first time in years, I found myself on the receiving end of decisions that would shape my future within the company.

The offer that was presented to me after the restructure was not aligned with my skill set or my years of hard-earned expertise. It felt like a slap in the face, a dismissal of everything I had worked so hard to achieve. It was a turning point for me, a moment of clarity when I realized that I had the power to determine my own worth and my own path.

And so, I made the bold decision to launch North Compass Solutions, a company dedicated to sharing the knowledge and insights I had gathered over the years with other leaders and executives. I refused to be defined by the limitations that others sought to place upon me. Instead, I leveraged my experience to guide and inspire others to reach their full potential.

Since then, I have had the privilege of helping leaders and teams across the globe unlock their true potential and achieve unprecedented success. It has been a humbling and immensely rewarding journey, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
